二、对合适锯条的选择

Selecting the right band saw blade
1、锯条长度 Band length
锯条长度尺寸取决于所使用的锯床。

The band dimension individually depends on the used cutting machine.
2、锯条宽度 Band Width
如果是水平式的卧锯，锯宽由制造商事先选择，立式的机器则可容许锯宽的较大变化，随着锯宽的增加，锯条的稳定性也就越好，如果对物体进行轮廓锯加工，所需锯加工的最小半径就会限制锯条宽度。

With horizontal machines the band width is specified by hte manufacturer. Vertical band saw machines allow higher variations of hte band width.However,the general rule is the wider the band saw blade the higher it stability.

4、齿距 Tooth pitch
WIKUS公司，你可以在恒齿或变齿之间选择，标准的切进量就是锯条于加工物件里的接触弧长。

At WIKUS you may choose between constant and variable tooth pitch.Here the contact length of the blade in the work piece is decisive.
5、齿形 Tooth shape
我们各种不同的齿形，通过我们的技术专家，是与我们的切割材料和锯条大小最优化地结合在一起的。
